Job DescriptionResidential Maintenance TechnicianAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a Residential Maintenance Technician for a company based in Northport, AL.Pay Rate $15 to 18 per hourSchedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.Residential Maintenance Technician and Responsibilities• Repair toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains• Repair and paint cabinets and sheetrock• Repair wiring, plugs, and switches, install and maintain all alarms.• Schedule repairs that warrant special technical skills.• Keep communal areas clean.Residential Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role.• Electrical or HVAC experience preferred.• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated.• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.• Available to be on call and work weekends if needed.Job TypeFull-time, temporaryBenefits • Weekly Pay• 401(k) retirement plan• Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance• 5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus)• 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar yearInterested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to [email protected], or call us at 205.###.#### to learn more.
