Seeking a results-driven Residential Leasing | Property Manager to oversee and manage multi-site residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independent decision-making, team leadership, leasing, and sales performance while ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong business development acumen, customer service skills, and working knowledge of Section 8 housing programs and New Jersey Fair Housing regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of multi-site property management experience with demonstrated leadership and independent decision-making skills.
• Strong background in leasing, sales, and customer service with a proven ability to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
• Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs and New Jersey Fair Housing regulations (required).
• Exceptional business development skills, with the ability to drive leasing strategies and optimize property performance.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, rent collection, and expense control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; industry certifications (e.g., ARM, CAM) are a plus.
