In this role, you'll perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services across a range of systems-central air, mini-splits, heat pumps, boilers, and furnaces. You'll be working full-time in the field with opportunities for overtime, commission, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and courteous conduct
• Diagnose HVAC issues and communicate repair options clearly to clients
• Perform high-quality service and repair work on time and efficiently
• Keep job sites clean and protect homeowners' property (drop cloths, shoe covers, etc.)
• Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and stock
• Keep personal tools and equipment in top condition
• Adhere to safety and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (residential systems)
• EPA Certification required
• Strong communication and diagnostic skills
• Experience with: central air, mini-splits, heat pumps, gas and oil systems
• Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid, clean driver's license required
• Must supply appropriate personal tools
• Must be available for in-person interviews (no entry-level applicants)

Schedule
