ABOUT THE RESIDENTIAL DESIGN ROLE - Develop concept floor plan layouts and exterior elevations. Residential Designer will take concept floor plans/elevations and transform them into construction documents (Blue Prints)Comfortable with using computers. An absolute math wizard. Make dream homes become reality by working directly with clients to discuss their wants/needs. Understand roof, truss & floor loads.
