We are hiring for the position of Construction Manager. This will be an in-office position with some on-site duties. This is a great opportunity for someone with a tireless work ethic and a positive attitude looking to work alongside the best and to progress their career.

Duties

• Manage custom residential construction projects
• Use construction management software to track progress
• Manage project scheduling and monitoring
• Conduct estimating and budgeting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare monthly project summaries for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Extensive experience in custom residential construction
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and contracts
• Prior experience in luxury residential construction
• Skills in scheduling and financial forecasting
