Our residential facility on Graham Lake in Ellsworth serves as a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and overcome obstacles. As a Childcare Worker at KidsPeace, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for children and adolescents.Your responsibilities will include:* Providing direct care and supervision to residents* Building positive relationships with the children and promoting their emotional and social development* Assisting with daily routines, including mealtime, bedtime, and recreational activities* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of residents* Maintaining a safe and clean environmentQualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent required* Previous experience working with children or in a residential facility is a plus* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy* Must pass background checksIf you are a caring and dedicated individual looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, we invite you to join our team at KidsPeace on Graham Lake!
