An inspiring, mission-driven housing nonprofit is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator to lead operations at a vibrant Family Resource Center located on-site at an apartment housing community in Orange, CA. In this highly rewarding position, you'll serve as the connection point between residents and vital programs, services, and resources. Hours & Pay: Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Employment Type: Temporary What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate and oversee on-site classes, services, and events including ESL, health education, nutrition, financial literacy, and more. Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations to expand programming. Support daily food distribution programs by coordinating deliveries, setting up, and tracking attendance. Provide residents with timely information and referrals to local services and programs. Promote program awareness through flyers, newsletters, and community outreach. Collect and report data such as attendance, resident feedback, and mini surveys. Maintain smooth administrative operations for the Family Resource Center.
