Founded in 1982 as a non-profit organization by members of the recovery community in Mesa, Arizona, Community Bridges Inc. has held as its principal mission maintaining the dignity of human life for more than 40 years
The recovery residence, Fellowship House, operated by CBI- offers a person-centered, recovery-oriented environment to males over the age of 21, residing in, obtaining treatment in, or experiencing homelessness in Wards 7 and 8. Fellowship House, a Level 3 recovery residence offers structured, recovery-oriented housing with onsite peer support, case management, and clinical support connection, designed to help individuals maintain sobriety, build life skills, and reintegrate into the community. The residence emphasizes personal accountability, peer support, and individualized care planning in a safe and stable environment.
This recovery residence serves is a critical next step for individuals transitioning from crisis stabilization, treatment, or homelessness and supports long-term recovery for residents committed to achieving stability and independence. Services include on-site staff supervision, recovery coaching, case management, peer support, group activities, and connections to employment, education, and health resources.

Job Summary
The Resident Monitor will live on site and oversee the day-to-day actions of the recovery home residents and must have specific knowledge in mental health and substance use disorders to include opioids and medication-assisted treatment. The Resident Monitor will work closely with the Program Director and Care Manager(s) to communicate residents needs and inform them on resident recovery progress. The Resident Monitor will conduct room checks and ensure residents are provided with the necessary orientation to include program rules and responsibilities. They will also assist with the intake and admission process and encourage residents, including those with OUD, to attend recovery support/mutual aid groups which will assist them in gaining the tools needed to prevent occurrence of use.
