Resident Director - PeakMade Real Estate : Job Details

The Resident Director is responsible for leading the property renewal leasing program in accordance with policies and procedures outlined by Peak. Made. This position will work very closely with Property Manager and Regional Manager to set renewal ratio goals and develop strategic plans for achieving budgeted occupancy. In addition, the Resident Director will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, develop and maintain resident retention programs as well as provide leadership and mentorship to the leasing staff.
