Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated Resident Care Technicians (RCTs) to join our multidisciplinary team. As an RCT, you play a critical role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring our clients actively participate in their recovery programs. Your day-to-day activities will include client supervision, facilitating group sessions, and maintaining a safe, structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine client checks and rounds, tailored to the client's level of care. Facilitate psychoeducational group sessions using established curriculum. Ensure adherence to program guidelines, rules, and schedules. Conduct client intakes, room checks, property logs, and routine screenings (including drug tests and breathalyzers). Transport clients to various appointments and group outings. Respond proactively to emergencies, ensuring client safety. Document client activities, maintain logs, and report incidents appropriately. Monitor clients self-administration of medication and document in the EMR. What We Require: Current First Aid and CPR certification. Registration as a RAD-T with completion of basic certification courses. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Candidates without this must have at least one year of relevant experience in substance abuse or mental health services (unless waived by management). Minimum of one year experience working in substance abuse and/or mental health fields. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Drive. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift. A supportive understanding of the 12-step recovery model. Stong professional boundaries. Why Join The Oasis?
