Lead with passion and compassion as our Resident Care Director at The Carnegie! Direct our top-tier Assisted Living Program, ensuring superior care services are delivered with excellence. Drive resident assessments, medication management, safety protocols, and department budgets as a dynamic and motivating leader. What will I do every day? Complete accurate and regular resident assessments. Determine the appropriate level of care. Maintain all resident information, files, and reports. Supervise and administer all resident medications. Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements. Coordinate care provided by third parties, maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party care providers. Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses. Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing Conduct departmental planning and forecasting.
