The Prairie Island Indian Community, a federally recognized Mdewakanton Dakota Tribe, developed Tinta Wita Tipi - an assisted living lodge to serve all seniors by bringing together aging residents from the surrounding communities. Tinta Wita Tipi wishes to celebrate its Dakota and community elders through honor, care and respect while encouraging family involvement. This newer 20 unit, beautifully designed single-story assisted living is located on 18 acres of tribal land in Welch, MN near Highway 61 not far from Red Wing or Hastings. Managed by Ebenezer, our staff is local and believes in Ebenezers mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, meaningful lives. We are looking for a Resident Assistant to join our team at Tinta Wita Tipi in Welch, MN! This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
