You will excel in this position if you enjoy interacting with people and have the natural ability to strike up a conversation. This position is located in the River North area in Chicago, IL.ScheduleMonday - Friday: 3: 00 pm- 11:00 pmResponsibilitiesConsistently ensure a positive experience for all residents and prospectsOversee resident communication from management and maintenance; follow up on service issues or requestsCoordinate property tours for the leasing team in order to achieve desired occupancy levelsCoordinate property vendors and in-unit resident vendorsEstablish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with outside parties and businesses that will be able to provide benefits for residentsEngage residents by planning and executing events and activitiesKeep organized front desk logs and package roomQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or hotel environmentExceptional communication, customer service, and people skillsOutgoing and friendly personality with a customer-focused mentalityBasic typing and computer skills including the ability to navigate computer programsCompensationHourly Rate Range for this position: $19.00 - $27.00Participates in property performance bonus program401(k) with a company matchMedical, Dental, Vision and Health Savings AccountsCompany Paid Life, AD&D, LTD, and STDPTOSick TimeCompany Paid Family Leave ProgramTuition Reimbursement ProgramCommuter Benefits(Chicago Only)It always has been and continues to be Draper and Kramer's policy that employees should be able to enjoy a work environment free from all forms of unlawful employment discrimination.
