Dignity Health-Dominican Hospital (Dominican) in Santa Cruz has an immediate opportunity for a Family Medicine (FM) Residency Program Director to lead our newly-established and fully ACGME accredited program! Dominican has partnered with Morehouse School of Medicine to bring a Family Medicine Residency program to the Santa Cruz communities. Our first class of residents started in July 2024, and we just welcomed our second class for orientation into our 8/8/8 program. Our FM Residency Program Director position will include leadership, administrative, teaching, scholarly, and patient care responsibilities, with authority and accountability for the overall program. Position Description:Successfully oversee the ACGME accreditation process, and ensure ongoing maintenance of certification and compliance with ACGME requirements.
