Reservations and Ticketing Agent - Arizona Staffing : Job Details

Make travel reservations for clients, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours using airlines ticketing software. Issue tickets, handle travel documents, and process payments. Answer clients' questions about travel options, prices, and schedules. Assist clients with travel-related problems, such as flight cancellations or delays. Keep accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel itineraries. Support travel agents with booking travel arrangements and processing ticketing and documentation. Respond to client inquiries about travel options, prices, and schedules. Handle client payments and refunds for travel bookings. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.

Eligibility Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Ticketing Agent or Marketing Officer/Manager or related in the Airlines or Travel & Tours industry. 1 month of training in GDS and ticketing course required. Diploma certificate in Travel and Tourism with Sabre from IATA required.
