Reservations and Customer Support Representative - Staffmark : Job Details

Are you a people person with a knack for organization and customer service? Join Staffmark's team as a part-time Reservations and Customer Support Representative, where you'll play a key role in helping clients plan memorable birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and group events. Pay: $13-$14 during training Schedule: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (part-time, up to 30 hours/week) What You'll Do: Answer inbound calls and emails, assisting prospective clients with inquiries Provide details on services and help clients book events such as birthday parties, team building activities, and school or church gatherings Manage reservations using event scheduling software Ensure clients have all information needed for their event (note: event execution is not part of this role) Deliver friendly, professional, and supportive customer service at every interaction What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Computer proficiency, especially with reservation or scheduling software...Reservations, Support, Representative, Reservation, Customer Service, Retail, Staffing
