Reservationist - Birchwood Inn Partners, LLLP : Job Details

Birchwood and Teak Properties are looking for a reservationist to join our team! This role processes all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received. The reservationist will provide attentive, courteous and efficient customer service at all times and maintains a thorough knowledge of our properties' grounds, menus, and accommodations. This position requires a person who has expert communication skills and innate optimism. An ideal candidate should be able to maintain an upbeat attitude and be excellent at multi-tasking.

Responsibilities Include:

• Taking phone calls from current and potential customers
• Operating various computer applications while on the phone
• Creating, changing, and cancelling reservations at guest requests
• Assigning guest parties to tables in Open Table floor plans
• Resolving customer concerns quickly, efficiently and courteously
• Maintaining accurate knowledge of our organization to correctly redirect issues that cannot be resolved by the reservationist
• Accommodating and documenting special requests
• Assisting events team with various tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Experience with OpenTable software preferred
• Experience with TripleSeat Event Management Software a plus

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
