Research Technician I-II - Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center : Job Details

Perform mammalian cell culture and genome engineering experiments to support Re. Li. C screening projects. Prepare DNA libraries for high-throughput sequencing. Conduct biochemical experiments to isolate and analyze human ribosomes. Assist with high-throughput sequencing data analysis using computational tools. Maintain laboratory databases and ensure accurate data recording and verification. Identify methodological problems in research protocols and implement modifications to optimize experimental results. Prepare written progress reports and assist with figure preparation for publications. Conduct literature reviews to assist in determining optimal experimental methods. Assist in the design of experiments and be responsible for the performance of individual research projects Qualifications Research Technician I:Minimum Qualifications.
