The individual in this position will work collaboratively with investigators within the Basser Immune-Intercept Initiative (BIII) to develop a pipeline to assess the immunogenicity of m. RNA formulations for cancer interception. Job Description. Research Specialist A Job Responsibilities. Perform experiments to develop and validate a robust pipeline of assays (i.e. evaluate the inflammatory characteristics in vitro and assess induction of T cell responses in pre-clinical animal models) for the screening of candidate cancer interception m. RNA formulations. Evaluate candidate formulations through the established pipeline. Analyze data generated from pipeline to determine inform further development of candidate formulations.
