Research Scientist II - South Dakota Board of Regents : Job Details

South Dakota Mines is seeking a Research Scientist II to conduct molecular dynamics simulations to assess protein structural resilience. The position requires expertise in host-microbe interaction modeling, computational biology, and biological network modeling, with a strong focus on applying machine learning to analyze and interpret complex systems. This is a part-time (75% effort), benefited position.
