You will ensure optimal participant matching, oversee session logistics, and maintain high standards of data collection quality and efficiency. Your contributions will be crucial in streamlining the data collection process, ensuring participant satisfaction, and upholding data integrity.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule XR data collection sessions globally, managing lab capacity and aligning with participant and proctor availability.Ensure clear communication of instructions to participants and set up necessary collection equipment and environments.Monitor session quality in real-time, adjusting as needed, and securely upload collected data.Keep accurate records of session activities and provide throughput and KPI reports.Address any equipment, protocol, or participant issues promptly, ensuring data confidentiality and privacy.Must-Have Skills:Proven experience in high-volume scheduling or coordination.Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.Excellent communication skills across diverse teams and time zones.Industry Experience:Experience in research, healthcare, or usability studies preferred.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
