Role: As a Research Leader, you will oversee a multi-themed technology research program and develop into an industry-recognized analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, media, and public videos, sharing insights on digital technologies (blockchain, AI, IoT, cloud, etc.) and their applications across various industries.
  • Engage with senior leadership and CXOs of Global 2000 companies, advising on future strategies and roadmaps.
  • Lead the development and execution of an annual research agenda, including producing market reports, white papers, webinars, and other publications, with significant writing responsibilities.
  • Conduct in-depth research through briefings and discussions with industry leaders.
  • Establish innovative research methodologies and frameworks for data analysis.
  • Manage projects effectively while leading a diverse team and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Engage with the industry ecosystem, including technology buyers, providers, and research consumers.
  • Design surveys and analyze data to support research publications.
  • Review reports authored by other analysts and provide feedback.
  • Support sales efforts by responding to client inquiries and representing the company in press interactions.
  • Build relationships with subject matter experts to expand research coverage.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 institutes with 8-16 years of experience in research, strategy, or consulting.
  • Experience with Big 4 or leading strategy consulting firms; familiarity with tech industry analyst firms is a plus.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and their global impact.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, cloud computing, security, data management, or networking.
  • Aspiring to be a respected industry voice in technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with experience meeting publication deadlines.
  • Experience in survey design and data quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and data interpretation skills.
  • High ownership, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery.
