Senior Recruitment Consultant at Goliath Partners

I'm working with a top Hedge Fund on a critical hire for their new HFT build out —a Data Research Engineer who will play a pivotal role in driving alpha generation through large-scale data architecture and innovation.

This isn't your average data role. You'd be embedded directly with Quant Research, building scalable cloud-based pipelines, optimizing schema and queries for massive data sets, and owning datasets that directly feed multi-billion-dollar strategies.

• Strong Python, SQL, cloud architecture, and ETL pipeline skills
• Bonus: DBT, ML/forecasting exposure, and experience with containers/CI/CD
• Compensation: 250k on the base with a bonus that can get into the 7 figures.
