Research Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Research Coordinator to join our team onsite with a large AR/VR client. The Research Coordinator (RA 2) will work closely with the multiple teams and internal stakeholders to implement new processes and procedures for Research Associates to follow. This person will train new team members and update/maintain technical documentation associated with the systems and subsystems. They will be responsible for managing and training team members on any changes to capture process. They will ensuring assets are ready, manage technical components that impact the process, run usability testing, and assist with the implementation schedule. Additional responsibilities include: scoping/tasking out the ops changes/needs, writing all new documentation, training RA's on changes, confirming RA's are following correct protocol documentation, keeping all Wiki pages up to date, manage/organize the Google Drive folder for Ops, keep all onboarding deep dive information up to date and assist with RA onboarding.

Skills and requirements: Bachelors Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience within some sort of project or research coordination. Experience working with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders to implement changes to processes. Experience mentoring peers and creating new training materials. This person will need to have proven experience giving feedback to team members to shape professional development. Experience creating SOPs and/or project documentation. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Experience overseeing data collection efforts.
