Provide project office management assistance including office organization, study supply inventory, and coordination with office director to ensure smooth office operations. Review informed consent with potential research participants. Gather locating information for follow-up from study participants. Enter participant data for study tracking. Learn and implement follow-up tracking procedures for study participants. Conduct follow-up contact with clinical participants and community partners. . Make independent decisions to adjust schedule as needed to ensure consistent and reliable response to office operation's needs. Extract data from clinical records as needed.
