? Job Summary

As an employee of NAPMP* Awadee company, we are seeking a dedicated security professional to manage data protection, research security responsibilities, and project administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. government requirements and efficient program execution.

? Duties / Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies aligned with U.S. federal requirements
• Identify and manage CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) and apply appropriate protection mechanisms
• Design and operate the research security program, focusing on continuous improvement and compliance management
• Support research project tasks, including reporting and documentation
• Conduct system security assessments and manage risk mitigation plans
• Deliver internal training programs and raise security awareness
• Liaise with external partners and government agencies on security-related matters

? Requirements

• Practical knowledge of U.S. government security frameworks
• Experience managing research security for government-funded projects
• Familiarity with audit readiness and security certification processes
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder)

? Qualifications

• Strong technical writing and communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving skills

? Education

Bachelors degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Public Policy, Law, or related fields, with 3-5 years of relevant experience
