The QI Specialist is responsible for working closely with other members of the Quality department and the Administration team to ensure quality improvements and outcome measures.

Pay Rate: $19.11-$21.79/hr dependent upon experience

QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Health Care Administration or Social Services field. Highschool diploma and additional experience is lieu of degree may be accepted.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year experience in quality management within the healthcare industry. Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses.
Requires broad knowledge of healthcare organizational dynamics and delivery systems, principles and practices of quality improvement and regulatory and agency standards. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and project management skills. Requires strong data collection and analytic skills utilizing computer applications. Requries facilitation and training skills. Ability to be adaptable, flexible, and change activities quickly. Requires ability to make swift and sound decisions independently.
