Job Summary

This position is responsible for gathering data, analyzing data, and preparing reports, including disseminating information from various sources and systems. It is crucial in transforming data into insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The role supports operations activities, projects, and initiatives to resolve issues by working with staff within and across departments. The incumbent will understand operations and processes that impact operations and provide solutions to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. They will also handle inquiries, conduct research to resolve issues, collaborate across departments, and prepare communications for information dissemination, issue resolution, or activity support.

Note: this role is hybrid/flex, requiring in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two. Relocation assistance is not available, and sponsorship will not be extended now or in the future.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years' reporting experience OR 7 years' reporting experience
  • Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, or PeopleSoft Financial applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate into clear insights
Preferred Job Requirements
  • Experience with reporting and query tools, as well as data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Statutory Accounting Principles

The offered compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus plan, subject to plan terms.

Compensation Range

$40,900.00 - $91,000.00. Exact pay depends on skills, experience, and location.
