Provide the highest level of guest service to internal and external guests, focusing on product knowledge, guest service, and engagement. Always ensure an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new skills. Oversee retail inventory, tagging/pricing, counting and recording inventory, and appropriate purchasing procedures needed for purchasing and recording sales. Responsible for proper liability release distribution and filing for year-round activities. Ensure consistent opening/closing procedures and processing of cash banks. Work with internal and external departments to ensure one seamless guest purchase experience. Maintain safe and clean working environments. Set a positive example and be a role model. Attend clinics and training as scheduled. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new skills. Support operations as needed.
