Our mission is to provide creative solutions and expert guidance to the production community. We are currently seeking a client-focused Rental Sales Manager to lead our dynamic New York rental team. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving team performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, managing complex rental jobs from start to finish
• Lead, mentor, and support the rental team with daily guidance, training, and scheduling
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing, client-service-driven team culture
• Actively grow business through strategic lead generation and relationship-building
• Oversee the volume and accuracy of rental orders, working cross-functionally with sales, service, and training teams
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Media or Film Production or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
• 5+ years of experience in equipment rental or production (film/TV/broadcast), with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of professional camera systems and support gear
• Ability to lead, manage and mentor technical and administrative staff
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with FileMaker Pro is a plus
• Flexibility to support clients outside of standard hours when needed
• Prior experience as Production Manager or Producer is a big plus

Physical Effort:

• Prolonged sitting and standing work at a computer, requiring frequent use of monitors
• Manual dexterity and mobility are required
• Standing and walking for the duration of the work shift
• Occasional reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching
• Occasionallifting or moving supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs., including items located above shoulder level
