Rental Coordinator - Holt of California : Job Details

Assist with renting equipment and fellow sales representatives with the full rental cycle, dispatching One Ton Drivers for deliveries and pick-ups, fleet management and providing excellent customer service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Take customer calls and sales requests for rental equipment. Handle paperwork associated with the rental of equipment (coordinate shop work, delivery, computer generated agreements and invoicing). Handle paperwork associated with the demo or sale of rental and/or used equipment. Coordinator all rental, used, and demo hauling through central dispatch. Work with credit department for customer credit authorizations. Work with rental utility/yard technician on check-out and check-in of equipment.
