The Rental Coordinator is responsible for selling products, fielding questions, and resolving customer complaints as a member of the Customer Service team. They service existing accounts and establish new accounts. Analyze a customer's service needs and resolve the customer's needs with an understanding of process and collaboration with fellow departments.
Primary ResponsibilitiesWe are currently located in Queens and will be relocating to Mount Vernon in 6-12 months. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to commute to our new location once the move is complete. If you're adaptable and ready for this transition, we encourage you to apply!
Starting Pay Range: Starting at $20 Hourly
