Identify, research, prospect, and site land opportunities for utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projectsWork on all initiatives related to site acquisition, financing, and development of utility-scale energy storage and renewable energy projectsNegotiate with landowners on site control agreements for utility-scale renewable and energy storage projectsSupport development activities for both new and ongoing utility-scale renewable and energy storage projects in the company's portfolio, with a focus on tax abatement, permitting, and environmental complianceWhat is Required (Qualifications):
3-5+ years of utility-scale renewable energy, energy storage, battery storage, LNG, and/or natural gas experienceHands-on experience with real estate transactions and contracts for projects in the renewables, natural gas, LNG, or energy storage spaceUnderstanding of the RFP/RFI process as it relates to project development initiativesKnowledge of project siting, permitting, prospecting, and due diligence for utility-scale renewable projectsExperience in site prospecting, land negotiations, and project financing initiativesStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team-oriented environmentHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
