Remote Patient Support Representative- CA residents only - Ultimate Staffing : Job Details

Type: Temp-to-Hire | Pay: $22-$24/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PST

Location: Fully Remote (Must work PST hours)

About the Role:

Support patients, clients, and payors with billing inquiries. You'll handle high-volume calls, explain costs, assist with payments, and document interactions. This is an entry-level role with training provided.

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Medical billing, insurance experience is a plus
• Great tenure
• High-volume phone support experience required
• High school diploma (Bachelor's a plus)
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is a huge plus
• Must be available for a Zoom interview this week and next
