Job Title: Remote ParalegalPay: $24 - $26 per hourJob Type: Part-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organizedRemote Paralegalto join our client's legal team. This position will primarily involve handlingLandlord-Tenant cases, Name Changes, Prenuptial Agreements, Uncontested Divorces,and other general legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas and be comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.

• Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including lease agreements, eviction notices, prenuptial agreements, and divorce paperwork.
• Conduct legal research related to landlord-tenant disputes, family law matters, and other relevant areas.
• Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, court clerks, and other legal professionals to facilitate case progress.
• Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain organized records.
• Assist in drafting correspondence and responding to client inquiries.
• Stay updated on relevant legal procedures and requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

• 1+ year of experienceas a paralegal, preferably in landlord-tenant law, family law, or general civil matters.
• Familiarity with court filing procedures and legal documentation.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and case management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• $24 - $26 per hour.
• Fully remote position.
