A Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking an Attorney with experience in both insurance coverage and litigation. This position offers a unique opportunity to handle a mix of complex coverage analysis and litigated matters while working in a supportive and flexible environment.Responsibilities

• Draft coverage opinions, motions, and pleadings
• Take and defend depositions and examinations under oath
• Analyze cases and develop strategic paths to resolution
• Represent clients during hearings and in-person court appearances (as needed)
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex coverage and litigation matters

Qualifications

• Membership in the California Bar in good standing
• Demonstrated experience with insurance coverage and litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage cases from inception to resolution
• Solid academic credentials
