We are looking for an experienced IT Subject Matter Expert to provide technical support and systems integration for healthcare-related platforms. This role supports remote operations for a DoD behavioral health program and focuses on ensuring secure and seamless technology performance across systems.This position is part of a proposal response and is contingent upon contract award, anticipated in October 2025.WORKSITE: Remote (No routine on-site presence required)WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, standard business hoursPay RateWHAT WE OFFER:

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for healthcare software and service management platforms
• Support and maintain systems like ServiceNow and Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal and external IT teams
• Ensure secure integration of applications within healthcare IT environments
• Complete all cybersecurity and network access protocols as required
• Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding system changes

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field (Required)
• 1+ year of experience with medical platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, EHR systems)
• Experience supporting healthcare or contact center environments (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of software integration in healthcare systems
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Must pass Tier 1 background investigation (SF-85)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizenship not required)
