About Us

DORA is building the next generation of bond markets through a cutting-edge API-driven protocol. By integrating advanced Web3 primitives with sophisticated mathematical models for debt markets, DORA enables 24/7 liquidity, full transparency, and sub-millisecond transaction latency for bond trading. The protocol is fully compatible with tokenized assets (RWA's), next-gen stablecoins, and all forms of fixed income.

Our partners include HFT quant firms, Algo traders, macro funds, institutional trading desks, and global asset managers. DORA is backed by some of the largest digital asset firms, Wall Street banks, and hedge funds.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Infrastructure Engineering to lead and scale our infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE functions. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems that underpin our large-scale microservices architecture. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading infrastructure teams, building reliable systems at scale, and fostering a culture of automation, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
  • Design and manage scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure to support complex microservice-based applications.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure roadmaps aligned with company goals and technology strategy.
  • Champion infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
  • Define and implement SLAs, SLOs, and monitoring/alerting strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to ensure infrastructure supports development velocity and security needs.
  • Own cloud strategy and cost optimization (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and system architecture.
  • Proven experience building systems for scale, resilience, and performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in regulated or high-availability environments (e.g., fintech, healthcare, etc.).
  • Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
  • Familiarity with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) and modern platform engineering approaches.
