Remote Full Stack Developer - LaSalle Network : Job Details

LaSalle Network is partnered with a leading healthcare company investing in greenfield development and a modernization path. They are seeking a Remote Full Stack Developer to join their team of fully remote Software Engineers and focus on new development that is 80% React and 20% .NET. This role will oversee and contribute to the development of key initiatives for complex medical applications. Remote Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions, including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and C#
• Build applications utilizing mostly React and some .NET Core
• Prepare and maintain code for various internal applications, ensuring high quality and efficiency
• Investigate and resolve defects, ensuring smooth operation of applications
• Enhance existing applications by analyzing business objectives and identifying areas for modification and improvement
• Explore and develop skills in new technologies to stay abreast of industry trends
• Perform other tasks as required to support the development team and meet project goals

Remote Full Stack Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Extensive experience with React and .NET in a professional setting
• Strong understanding and experience with REST APIs for seamless communication between web applications and servers
• Experience developing responsive web applications to ensure optimal user experience across various devices
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical decisions with business objectives
