Remote work from other states is not permitted at this time.This role supports intermediate-level configuration and support of assigned applications, assisting and training users, troubleshooting issues, and working with vendors. The role involves understanding operational workflows, documenting processes, and supporting organizational goals. Cross-training in multiple healthcare applications is expected.Duties Deliver assigned tasks with accountability, reporting issues and progress to the application manager.Meet project requirements within departmental guidelines for application configuration and development.Analyze and document workflows, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements through interviews and data gathering.Participate actively in team meetings, collaborating with team members.Support Epic application requirements collection, validation, and testing, with a focus on Epic Radiant.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or three+ years of relevant experience.Current EPIC certification(s), with certification achievement within 120 days of hire if not obtained at start. Willingness to travel or participate in remote training is required. EPIC Radiant certification is highly preferred.At least 3 years of experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments in IT or workflow roles.
