Remote Dispatcher & OperationsCoordinator Just Junkin is Santa Cruz Countys go-to junk removal company, helping homes and businesses stay clutter-free while keeping items out of landfills. Were looking for a motivated, organized, and sales-driven remote Dispatcher & Operations Coordinator to join our team. What Youll Do:

• Answer calls and messages from customers, schedule and dispatch appointments
• Coordinate jobs using Workiz, Discord, and other tools
• Conduct interviews for new team members
• Generate self-initiated sales opportunities and upsell services
• Monitor job progress and maintain excellent customer reviews
• Participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions

What Were Looking For:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Strong communicator with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindsetcomfortable upselling and generating leads
• Positive energy, accountability, and coachability
• Experience in junk removal, logistics, or operations is a bonus
• Good knowledge of Santa Cruz County is a plus

Position Details:

• Part-time remote role, moving to full-time
• Flexible, on-call schedule
• Compensation is commission-based with additional performance bonuses. Incentives are awarded for excellent customer reviews, achieving high sales, and generating your own leads, including enhanced commission for self-sourced sales.
