Position Summary: The Remote Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer, service, and billing information into our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify customer records, service logs, and billing details in company databases.
Maintain accurate records of pool service schedules, work orders, and technician reports.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly.
Generate simple reports and summaries for management when requested.
Ensure sensitive customer and company information remains confidential and secure.
Communicate with office staff via email or chat to clarify information or resolve discrepancies.
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to data management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
