Remote Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
- Guide users through product features and troubleshoot problems
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve support processes
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Stable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
- Flexibility to work across different time zones or during weekends if required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting SaaS, eCommerce, or tech products
- Familiarity with CRM and help desk software
- Multilingual or bilingual communication skills
