Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and service-driven Remote Customer Service Specialist Hotel Bookings to support our clients with hotel research, reservations, and post-booking assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working remotely, is comfortable using online tools, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.
