Location: Remote (Must live within 1 hour of specified city) – Pittsburgh, PA / Richardson, TX / Buffalo, NY / San Diego, CA
Pay Range: $16.50 – $18.75/hr (Based on location)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (some West Coast roles may start at 5:30 AM)
Start Dates: First class begins August 18th. Weekly classes run through October 2025
Status: Contract-to-hire (4–6 months) with strong potential for permanent placement
About the Opportunity
We are excited to share a fully remote opportunity for a Benefit Customer Service Representative
. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service by assisting customers with their healthcare or pension benefits via phone, email, and webchat. You'll begin by supporting one client and may be cross-trained for others based on performance.
