We are a fast-growing dental laboratory seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep who understands how dentists operate to support our dentist clients in fabricating dental restorations according to their prescriptions. You will be the primary technical representative, assisting our dentist clients with technical questions and case information via phone, email, and messaging, to help lab technicians produce the best restorations for patients.

• Act as an intermediary between dentists and technicians to fabricate dental restorations for patients, transcribing fabrication instructions clearly.
• Learn and master dental terminology to stay current on products offered.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills related to the dental field with proficiency.
• Show effective computer skills for communication and data management; strong data entry skills required.
• Organize, prioritize, and complete work to meet turnaround times and expectations.
• Process technical questions accurately and timely, following established procedures.
• Follow up with dentist clients on technical issues, remakes, or repairs, focusing on resolution and client retention.
• Handle heavy telephone and email communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Document critical information and communicate according to policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in quality enhancement.
• Assess issues and escalate as necessary, collaborating with team members.
• Perform other duties as needed in support of the department.
