We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Remote Cruise Coordinator. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in organizing unforgettable cruise experiences for both corporate and leisure clients across the globe. If you have a passion for travel and enjoy assisting others in their trip planning, this position is tailored for you.Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available!RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough research and craft exceptional itineraries for clients.
• Understand clients' preferences and requirements to customize trips that meet their needs.
• Participate in continuous training to obtain and uphold travel booking certifications.
• Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations.
• Review and plan trips according to clients' budget constraints.
• Develop promotional materials for effective marketing.
• Stay updated on fluctuating travel restrictions.
• Coordinate various travel needs such as airline bookings, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruise arrangements, and ticket/event sales.
• Communicate effectively with clients before and after their travels.
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise during bookings or while clients are traveling.
• Network with tour operators to explore and offer attractive travel packages to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Attend online orientation.
• Mandatory webinar training for future travel arrangements.
• Possess a smartphone and/or computer with internet access.
• Citizenship in the United States or Mexico.
