Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, developing relationships, and overseeing renewals and claims. A FL 2-20 license and experience with Condos/Habitational/HOAs are required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for seamless client onboarding.
  • Review and analyze existing insurance coverage, providing recommendations.
  • Oversee renewal processes, including proposals and negotiations.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters on claims and risk management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office.
  • Insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.
