We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, developing relationships, and overseeing renewals and claims. A FL 2-20 license and experience with Condos/Habitational/HOAs are required.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements.Collaborate with the sales team for seamless client onboarding.Review and analyze existing insurance coverage, providing recommendations.Oversee renewal processes, including proposals and negotiations.Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters on claims and risk management.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.Qualifications
At least 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.Proven customer service skills.Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office.Insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.If you are passionate about customer service and commercial insurance, apply now!
