REMOTE - Commercial Lines Account Manager (Must live in FL)Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client service needs are met and exceeded. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements. Collaborate with the sales team for seamless client onboarding. Review and analyze existing insurance coverage, providing recommendations. Oversee renewal processes, including proposals and negotiations. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with underwriters and adjusters on claims and risk management. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations. QualificationsAt least 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management. Proven customer service skills. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office. Insurance designation such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU is preferred.
