Job Requirements Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote, NJ Residents Only) Pay: $18.00/hour | $19.00/hour bilingual (English/Spanish) Schedule: Full-time | Must be available during training and nesting Location: Work from Home - Must Reside in New JerseyAbout the Role Join a high-energy, mission-driven team providing front-line contact center and back-office support during an important Open Enrollment period. You'll help individuals and families apply for health care coverage, answer inquiries, process applications, and deliver exceptional customer service, all from the comfort of your home! Training Details

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST
  • Duration: 3 weeks (on-camera attendance required)
  • 100% attendance is critical; missing time during training may result in termination.
Hours of Operation
  • Open Enrollment (Nov 1, 2025 - Jan 31, 2026):
    • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
    • Select Sundays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
    • Final 3 days of Open Enrollment: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST
    • One-week post- Open Enrollment: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
  • Non-Open Enrollment: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from consumers, providing information and guidance on healthcare coverage.
  • Assist with new applications, life event changes, and special enrollment requests.
  • Process demographic updates, disenrollments, and eligibility determinations.
  • Escalate complex issues when needed and document all interactions in system tools.
  • Facilitate translation services for non-English-speaking callers.
  • Attend ongoing training to stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and systems.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred).
  • Strong typing, phone, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Team player with self-motivation to work independently.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
Work From Home Requirements
  • Must reside in New Jersey (address will be verified).
  • Bring Your Own Device (per technical specs) and have a second monitor.
  • Wired home internet only; no cellular-based service.
  • Quiet, private workspace free from distractions and background noise.
