• Job Title: Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent
• Pay Rate: $20/hour + significant bonus opportunities
• Schedule: Full-time, open availability required from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST, Monday - Sunday
• Location: 100% Remote in CST & EST time zones

Position Responsibilities: Work from Home Licensed Health Insurance Agent

• Answer inbound calls to assist customers with health insurance enrollment.
• Guide callers through the application and enrollment process step-by-step.
• Strictly adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while on calls.
• Assist individuals in understanding their plan options and selecting the best fit for their needs.
• Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism with every caller.

Position Requirements: Work from Home Licensed Health Insurance Agent

• An active Health Insurance License is required (resident license in one of the listed states).
• FFM/Marketplace Certified for 2026, or a willingness to complete certification before the start date.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A professional, distraction-free remote work setup with reliable, wired internet access.
• Proven ability to multitask and seamlessly navigate various platforms.
• A strong sales or call center background is preferred.
